I am capturing older members of the community as part in a distinctive portrait series celebrating the faces, stories, and personalities that make each individual unique. Photographed in the comfort of your own home, each portrait will be created in a carefully crafted style and transformed through a signature post-production process to become part of the ongoing ICON series.
The aim is to create striking, timeless images that go beyond a traditional portrait, capturing not only a likeness but also the character, presence, and life experience of each participant. Every portrait becomes a unique piece within a larger collection that honours the people who have shaped our communities and lived remarkable lives.
What to expect
There is no need to worry about posing or having photographic experience. I will guide you throughout the session, focusing on natural expressions and moments that reflect your personality and character.
THE PORTRAIT
The portrait itself is created using a specific lighting and photographic style that is consistent across the ICON Series.
TIME
The shoot is unhurried, allowing plenty of time for breaks, conversation, and adjustments as needed.
COMFORT ZONE
Your session will take place in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
EXPRESSION
The focus of these portraits is on your face, expression, and character, so simple, darker clothing helps ensure that your personality remains the centre of attention.
DRESSCODE
To maintain the distinctive style participants are asked to wear darker, plain clothing wherever possible. Deep tones such as black, charcoal, navy, dark brown, or other muted colours work particularly well and help create the dramatic, timeless mood that defines the portraits.
RATES
There is no session fee and no obligation to purchase anything. Your photograph will become part of the ICON 26 series, and if you wish, you will have the opportunity to purchase the finished portrait for your home.

INTRODUCING MYSELF,
Pascale
I bring years of experience photographing children, families, products, and properties. Originally trained as a graphic designer, I have always been drawn to composition, light, detail, and the stories that images can tell.
Now living and working in South London, I combine my design background with my passion for photography to create portraits that are both visually striking and deeply personal. My work is guided by a simple belief: the most compelling images are often the most authentic.
The Icon Series is a natural extension of that philosophy. After years of photographing young families and commercial subjects, I am now focusing on people whose faces reflect a lifetime of experiences, memories, and character. These portraits are about celebrating individuality, capturing personality, and creating artwork that honours the unique journey of each person I photograph.
